Domes - All our domes are handmade and are fragile. They have been carefully packed to avoid any damage or anything becoming loose. Please make sure you follow the supplied instructions when opening your dome. If for some reason something comes loose from the base you can open the dome and reattach it using super glue (I personally prefer E600) and leave the glass off for 24 hours to avoid fumes marking the glass.
If there is serious damage to your dome please contact us so we can organise repairing or replacing it.

Custom Creations - If you are wanting something in particular please reach out we love to hear ideas! Or if you have seen something that is no longer available if you contact us and we can arrange recreating it for you.

Dispatch times - The item you have purchased maybe in stock or may need to be made. If we are needing to create your product dispatch will usually be about 3-4 days after your order is placed.
